MELT Method is a gentle self-care program that applies compression techniques to specific body areas. Through the passive use of specifically designed props, MELT Method techniques rehydrate the connective tissues, or fascia, and help to rebalance the nervous system. This revolutionary restorative practice is clinically proven to create mobility and stability and reduce chronic pain.

What is Bowspring?

Movement medicine for the body, mind, and beyond

Bowspring is a dynamic alignment system that brings balance, buoyancy, and restoration into the body. The postures of the Bowspring support intrinsic geometries of the body, engaging deep layers of muscles and rehydrating our connective tissues, or fascia. The natural curves of the body become more toned and balanced, allowing the body to move with confidence, grace, and efficiency. Multidimensional breath work optimizes the body’s ability to reconnect internal communication and empowers our inner radiance to shine. This practice challenges deeply rooted movement patterns to create new opportunities to heal and realign through a process called neuroplasticity.

Dynamic alignment is multi-dimentional postural positioning that engages underutilized aspects of the body to create more balance through efficient ways of moving. The practical application of functional movement allows the body to work smarter, not harder, as you move through each day.  When the body is dynamically aligned and consciously engaged, inner connectivity increases to heal the body from the inside out.
