My Vision
My vision for you is to realign your body so you can tap into your greatest potential and claim the life and body you love living in. You deserve that. We all do.
When our bodies are misaligned, it is hard to meet life fully. My goal is that you move with ease into new patterns of movement that support all aspects of your life.
I will introduce you to new movements that are effective at creating balanced alignment and structural strength to fully support you. This will help you feel better in your body, and I want you to feel great!
I am humbled by the opportunity to share the gift of self-care and self-appreciation through postural restoration. I am deeply passionate about body alignment and have witnessed beautiful, profound life changes resulting from assisting people to realign their bodies. My methodology will support you to be present every day and embody efficiency, grace, and confidence. I cannot wait to see you thrive!
Functional Movement and Posture Coach
I am a deep lover of movement and a passionate practitioner of life. As an artist and mother of two, I’m always adapting and adjusting to life’s curves. I am constantly being pushed out of my comfort zone because life happens, and sometimes, it’s really hard! Day-to-day life can put a strain on the body and cause painful misalignments. Finding functional ways of releasing tension and introducing more balance to the body is important to me because I like feeling strong and secure inside my body.
I have immersed myself in alignment education since 2008, pursuing training and certifications in Pilates, prenatal and postnatal care, rehabilitation, the Bowspring, and MELT Method. I have learned that prioritizing self-care is essential while realigning the mind, body, and beyond. I am excited to share revolutionary techniques based on science and geometry to help you feel better in your body! I aim to fully support you throughout your realignment process because it’s not always easy. Like life! I look forward to helping you release deeply rooted tension so you can respond to life’s curve balls more conscientiously.
